From the hand of the triumvirate of directors Tom Tykwer, Achim von Borries and Henk Handloegten, this series returns, which perfectly manages to mix the historical and police. It is set in 1930s Berlin, after the golden twenties culminated in the global stock market crash of the Great Depression and the Nazi march to power was in full swing. Only a few have benefited from the collapse, like the industrialist Alfred Nyssen, who invests his profits and has ambitions for him that aim for nothing less than the entire world and beyond.
