What were the causes that originated your exponential growth?

Family Law is the one that regulates matters related to divorces, fixation of alimony, discussion of child custody, among many other matters. Years ago I dedicated myself exclusively to this branch of Law and Inheritance, but my work grew exponentially in 2020. Although the pandemic was a disaster for the world, for me it was the opportunity to exploit my career. Thanks to social networks, especially my Instagram where I started making videos related to Family Law, many people were interested in everything I did. Also my page helped broadly.

In turn, with virtuality, I serve clients by zoom or video call, and many hearings in the Province of Buenos Aires continue to be virtual, which simplifies times. That currently allowed me to have my own Studio in the Federal Capital and another with an associate in Lomas de Zamora.

The public is very generous with me, many are not followers directly on the network, but they do not miss a single video.

What are the cases where it affects you the most emotionally?

The cases that hurt me the most are those in which those affected are boys, with parents who prioritize themselves before their own children. There are many cases, from fathers or mothers who change their children in the car before leaving them at the cohabiting parent’s house so that they do not have to leave them new clothes (as if the clothes were theirs and not the boys’), to the most terrible cases where the cohabiting parent directly interrupts the parent-child contact with the other parent.

What issues do you think should be reconsidered or modified?

In 2015, with the reform of the Civil and Commercial Code, everything related to Family Law was substantially modified, but more legislative changes are needed, as far as I am concerned. Currently, if you pay a low child support fee and have income in the black, there are no consequences; or the same if contact with the other parent is not allowed. I have clients who have not seen their children for more than three years, and there are almost no consequences. I am convinced that this has to change.
