★★★1/2 The CIA discovers that it has a “mole”, and that many agent lives have been lost because of it. The two who can solve the problem are agents, they are acquaintances and they were a couple. The question then is to solve the case, stay alive and try not to mix memories and resentments with the profession. Precisely from there comes the topic: how private life and profession are connected, and what weight does a vocation have in that false balance of doing what they want and wanting to be with whom they should. The actors are all perfect for this game (Thandie Newton has been growing up a lot since she starred in Westworld, and Chris Pine managed to get the “cute” curse off him a long time ago) and the result is much more original than it might seem just by reading the synopsis.
