“We are going to ban phones in all schools in New Zealand. We want our students to be taught and our teachers to teach,” the Prime Minister said. According to him, the measure will ensure that students are less distracted in class.
A few years ago, France (in 2018) and China (in 2021) also decided to introduce mobile phones in schools. In the case of China, this concerns children up to the age of 15.
