New York sues various social media: “Ze brengen de geestelijke gezondheid van ze kinderen in gevaar”

Eric Adams, from the Burgemeester of New York, is suing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and YouTube as a result of his responsibility for the mental health of young people. The law comes from a variety of social and media perspectives – over the young people’s rights according to the contents – on response.
