A canceled fireworks show or not: on the Antwerp quays it was over the heads. The evening started fairly quietly but got out of hand after midnight. The police had their hands full with troublemakers who threw projectiles and fire arrows around: “A lot of drunk people and aggressive people”, reports Wouter Bruyns of the Antwerp police zone.
