New Usain Bolt Letsile Tebogo breaks 100m junior U20 world record

The sports world is talking about the heir of Usain Bolt. Botswana’s Letsile Tebogo proved that she followed the footsteps of the legendary sprinter with her performance breaking the 100m world junior record.

Tebogo, who ran 9.91 in the U-20 World Championship final, recalled Usain Bolt’s recital in Beijing 2008, with his comfort in the last 30 meters.

Tebogo finished the last meters of the race by looking to the right and shooting with his hand, while Bolt looked to the right in the final meters of the 2008 final and laughed.

The 19-year-old athlete said he commemorated his idol Bolt with his joy at the final.

Tebogo explained the reason for his move, “I wanted to remind the audience of Usain Bolt in the stands. He is my idol. I want to be a person like him.” told in his words.

Tebogo, who broke the junior world record for the third time, has a long road ahead of him to reach Bolt, whom he is a fan of.

The Jamaican, who was the fastest person in the world by running 9.58 in the 100 meters, completed his legendary career with 8 Olympic golds and 11 world championships.
