The Cologne Streetwear dealer Snipes appoints Kelley Walton as the new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for the US market.
In her new role, Walton is responsible for all marketing activities in the USA and supervises all aspects from brand positioning to customer loyalty to market growth, Snipes said on Monday. It will also be responsible for the initiative Snipes Serves, which is committed to social commitment and non -profit purposes.
“Your deep understanding of cultural marketing and its strategic vision will make a decisive contribution to strengthening our brand and deepening our connection to our communities,” says Martin Badour, President of Snipes USA. “We are confident that Kelley will promote effective marketing activities with its leadership, increase brand awareness and lead exciting future collaborations and projects to further establish snipes in the USA.”
The new US marketing director has two decades of experience in the areas of brand strategy, cultural marketing and corporate transformation. Among other things, it was active for the US basketball league NBA, the US sports articler under Armor and the French luxury goods group LVMH. Most recently, she worked for Amazon Music, the music platform of the online giant of the same name, as Head of Global Brand & Integrated Marketing.
