New TVH office building puts the comfort of employees first

The showpiece of The Hub is the TVH Experience Center, where you can learn everything about the company and its products. You can fly a drone there, or discover what service the company offers. “We expect different types of visitors: customers, suppliers, schools and students, and associations that make a company visit,” says Isabelle Van De Voorde of TVH.

“Employee comfort comes first”

TVH already has more than 5000 employees, half of whom are in our country, and therefore needs more and more space. The comfort of the employee is paramount in the new building. “We used to have a really refectory, a place to eat, with chairs and tables. Now we have made an effort to get more of the restaurant feeling in it,” says Luc Rasschaert.

The company is now active in four markets: forklift trucks, agricultural, construction and industrial machinery. This year it wants to attract 250 more employees.
