New traffic law does not prohibit fully charged cars from being parked for hours: municipalities must tackle ‘charging station stickers’ themselves | Inland

The summary proceedings instituted by the Association Vinçotte Nucleaire (AVN) against the shutdown and decommissioning of the Doel 3 nuclear power plant will be heard on 2 November. With this procedure, the AVN wants to obtain that the judge prohibits the taking of irreversible measures during the dismantling of the nuclear power plant, as long as no environmental impact report has been drawn up beforehand. The AVN also urged immediate treatment, but the court did not respond.
