At Dorpsstraat 2, Shahab already has cooking studio Bo & Ro. The Bo & Ro Home restaurant will move into the same address in April. From Saturday 1 April, the restaurant at Markt 1 will be permanently closed.
Tables in the kitchen
Shahab says: “After 14 years, we want to take a new direction. The space on the Dorpsstraat is smaller. This means that we are going from 80 to 45 seats. The property is currently being renovated. We want to give our guests a culinary experience. They can see the kitchen staff at work and there will even be tables in the kitchen. Up close you can see how your dish is prepared.”

Chicken with pomegranate sauce
We will soon see sustainable products, culinary delights and more vegetarian dishes on the menu. “Guests don’t have to worry that they won’t be able to order fesendjon (chicken with pomegranate sauce) anymore,” says Shahab. “Our favorite dishes will certainly remain on the menu. And our well-known ‘tour of the map’ will also continue to exist, but we will fill it in a different way. We want our guests to discover more types of dishes, both in the form of ‘shared dining’ and à la carte.”
Good to know: At the location on the Dorpsstraat, in addition to the cooking studio and the restaurant area, there will also be a cozy terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee during the day, for example.
