Disney+ makes the full range of the Walt Disney Company available to its users. But not only for children there is a lot of content available, there is also a lot to stream for adults. In addition to the National Geographic innovations, the popular Star Wars universe and the superheroes from Marvel are also represented on Disney+. In addition, since February 2021 there has been an offer more geared towards adults called “Star”.

New movies on Disney+ in June
In June, Disney+ will bring a number of new films and documentaries to its program. In addition to originals such as “Hollywood Stargirl”, classics such as the Shakespeare film adaptation “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” with Christian Bale, Sophie Marceau and Michelle Pfeiffer or “A Time to Kill” end up on Disney+.
Hollywood Stargirl – from June 3rd
This Disney+ Original is the sequel to the 2020 film Stargirl. Once again we follow singing talent Stargirl Caraway (Grace VanderWaal), this time in LA, where her mother got a new job. There she not only meets new friends, but also gets to know the failed musician Roxanne (Uma Thurman).
A Midsummer Night’s Dream – away 17th of June
Against the beautiful Tuscan backdrop, Shakespeare’s comedy of mistaken identity and love unfolds. The beautiful Hermia is supposed to marry Demetrius, but she loves Lysander, while in turn her friend Helena loves Demetrius. When the four then get into a magical forest, in which the royal couple of the fairies are having an argument that entails the use of a love potion, (emotional) chaos is inevitable.

New series on Disney+ im June
In June, the new series on Disney+ are again diverse, extensive and sometimes very well-known. With “Ms. Among other things, a new Marvel series is being launched, while mystery fans can look forward to both the second season “Big Sky” and the sequel to the crime comedy “Only Murders in the Building”. The spinoff How I Met Your Father is also coming to Disney+. In addition, the Marvel series about Jessica Jones, Daredevil and Co., originally based on Netflix, are all coming to the streaming provider.

How I Met Your Father – from June 8th
This sitcom flips the tried and true concept of How I Met Your Mother. Now Sophie (Hilary Duff/Kim Cattrall)) tells her son the story of how she met his father and experienced a lot of things with her friends.
Ms. Marvel – starting June 8th
When the schoolgirl Kamara gets superpowers from an artifact, she not only has to learn how to deal with them, but also has to manage everyday school life at the same time.
Only Murders in the Building – starting June 28th
After a mysterious murder at the upscale Arconia complex in New York brought true crime fans Charles (Steve Martin), Mabel (Selena Gomez) and Oliver (Martin Scott) together in season one, they now find themselves dealing with a new killer confronted in their neighborhood. Not only does someone want to frame them, they also have to settle neighborhood disputes and, last but not least, produce a podcast.
