New search for Hebe and Sanne at De Loonse and Drunense Duinen

The search for 10-year-old Hebe and her supervisor Sanne (26) has been extended to the Loonse and Drunense Duinen. The Coordination Platform for Missing (CPV), a volunteer group from Urk, has set up a meeting place at Herberg De Drie Linden on the Giersbergen in Drunen for volunteers who want to help search.

The CPV says it is coordinating the search with the police and has been summoned by the police to help search. The organization announces that a search for Hebe and Sanne has started at two o’clock from the assembly point in Drunen. This is on the edge of the De Loonse en Drunense Duinen nature reserve.

A police spokeswoman cannot say how large the area is being combed. They started searching there based on the information and tips that the police received.

“Anyone aged 18 and over can help with the search. Volunteers can register at the starting point,” according to the CPV. The organization says that it can deploy specialized teams for each nature reserve, ‘such as a dog team, dredge team, equestrian team, quad team, drones and field teams’.
