New school building Sint-Andreasinstituut ready
After the Easter holidays, the first lessons will be given to 700 students, from kindergarten to the last year of secondary school. The new building in the Jakobinessenstraat replaces the old school building on the Garenmarkt, where the new museum BRUSK will soon be built.
“In April 2019, a protocol agreement was concluded with the city of Bruges, as a result of which we realized an exchange and both projects could be realized on the exchanged land. Here the school project, and the city is now building its museum project BRUSK on the Garenmarkt domain. realize”, says Doenja Van Belleghem, chairman of the non-profit organization Sint-Andreasinstituut.
