New scheduled buses in Bruges too narrow for walkers

For older and non-electronic models, adapted places are provided at the back of the bus. This concerns, for example, folding chairs or wheelchair spaces. But for the electronic models in Bruges, they have been moved to the front and the aisle leading to them appears to be too narrow.

Marco Demerling of De Lijn recognizes this problem and the frustrations about it among many people. He says that too little attention may have been paid to this facet. Specialists are now looking for a solution.
