New rental apartments in the Dorpsstraat: this is how you register

The vacant retail property at Dorpsstraat 152 has been converted into an attractive residential complex with eleven apartments in recent months. The renovation is almost finished so the houses can almost be rented out.

All two-room apartments have a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It is expected that the homes will be ready by mid-November and that the new tenants will receive the key in December.

Services

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven and fridge-freezer combination. The bathroom includes a washbasin and a walk-in shower. There will be a communal bicycle shed next to the front door of the complex. The apartments will be delivered without balconies or gardens. In addition, all homes are separately connected to gas, water, electricity and balanced ventilation. The residential complex has been completely renovated and insulated to the highest standards.

Rental price

The final rents have yet to be calculated. De Wekker Makelaardij says that these are two different sizes of homes, with a maximum rent of 900 euros per month, excluding gas, water and light. There is no need to contribute to an Owners Association, as the property is in private hands.
