Beyoncé set a new Grammy record on Sunday evening (February 5th): At the 65th US Music Awards ceremony, she won her fourth Grammy of the evening with her album “Renaissance” in the category “Best Dance/Electronic Album” and achieved it doing what no one has done before – she’s won 32 Grammy Awards over the course of her career.

Beyoncé: She sets a new record with four more Grammys
The previous record holder was the late British-Hungarian conductor Georg Solti, who was awarded 31 Grammys. “I try not to be too emotional,” Beyoncé said, touched. “I’m trying to just accept this night.”
Their seven studio albums all reached number one in the US. Queen Bey, as she is also known, was able to continue her previous success with her album “Renaissance”, which was released in 2022, and thus also achieved the new Grammy record. In addition to Best Dance Album, it also won Best Dance Recording, Best Traditional R&B Performance, and Best R&B Song. But she might also have wished she could win the Grammy for best album, which she has so far been denied. Instead, Harry Styles won in this category. “On a night like this there really aren’t any categories like ‘best in music’. I don’t think any of us sit in the studio and make decisions based on what gets us one of those awards.”
We have put together an overview of the winners in the most important categories here.
