The Swedish royal family has released a new portrait photo of her especially for this special day.
Crown Princess Victoria’s birthday
The Swedes are extensively reflecting on the birthday of their crown princess. A celebration takes place at Sollidens Slott, which is the summer residence of the Swedish royal family.

The celebration begins with the King, Queen and the Crown Prince couple emerging from the roundabout in front of Sollidens Slott. A children’s choir will sing for them there. Then the royals get into a carriage and go to the castle ruins in Borgholm.
Party
Then the party continues at Borgholm Castle. Artists will perform, there will be speakers and the crown princess will present a prize. All in all, it sounds like a beautiful day to celebrate a new year of life.
New picture
In the new, released photo, Crown Princess Victoria can be seen in a neat haircut. She wears a pink dress with matching pink pumps. A pearl brooch adorns her chest.
Like Mother like daughter
The photo also shows that Victoria is increasingly looking like her mother, Queen Silvia of Sweden. It’s always been that way, but the older she gets, the more resemblance there seems to be. Have a look here.
