“The brakes were defective, but the bus had to keep moving”: drivers, parents and supervisors raise the alarm about school transport safety

We already knew that children from special education often spend (too) long on the bus. But since the accident in Buggenhout, an even bigger problem has come to light: school transport is often simply not safe.
