The provincial contribution focuses on the realization of at least 50 social rental homes and 25 medium-sized rental homes.

Push in the back
Approximately 70 million euros will be invested in the municipality. The municipality is depositing 280,000 euros. The Provincial Executive is prepared to contribute 200,000 to this, so that the plan can be implemented in full. “I am pleased that with this nudge we are helping the municipality of Mook en Middelaar to bring the plan for the Molenhoek Zuid housing development from the drawing board to implementation,” says deputy Lia Roefs.
