The new center of more than 2,000 square meters is located next to the Sint-Maartensschool and was built on the former grounds of the Maartenshove residential care center. There is a library, a public computer room, classrooms, a gym, and other multifunctional spaces. Associations can also use the premises.
The works started in September 2022.
