Other serious allegations against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs: A woman who is referred to in the application as Jane Doe claims that the rapper raped her in his apartment in Manhattan in 2001.
According to the lawsuit, Combs and the plaintiff are said to have met in May 2001. There were several innocent meetings, including in Diddy’s recording studio, night clubs and a restaurant. But at the fourth meeting in July 2001 the tide turned.
After a night together in the club, Diddy invited the woman to his apartment. There he is supposed to take her to his bedroom, closed the door and thrown them onto the bed.
Does Sean Combs have a “tiny Diddy”?
According to the lawsuit, he put his hand around her neck and said: “I will suck your life out for you.” Then he captured her and opened his pants. According to the TMZ, the woman described Diddy’s genital as “as big and thick as a TOTORSIE-ROL”-an American chocolate tape candy.
Despite the violence, she described a strange calming: “I was relieved because I knew that it would not hurt so much because of the lack of length and thickness.” In her statement, she described his penis as “a tiny diddy”.
The alleged rape and the consequences
The woman continues to claim that she shouted at Combs and begged him to stop and made it clear to him that she didn’t want sex. But he did not let her down and only stopped when he was about to climax “TMZ”.
After the alleged rape, Diddy stayed naked on the bed while the woman fled into the bathroom to clean his ejaculate. When she left the room, a bodyguard was at the door. She asked about the outcome and finally drove home by Diddy’s employees.
After -effects of the incident
The plaintiff states that Combs contacted her several times after this incident and even invited to one of his notorious White Parties. However, she did not respond to his calls. Since then she has suffered from severe psychological problems, has withdrawn and has difficulty trusting men. “I have become a shadow of myself,” she explained “TMZ”. The woman finally needed psychotherapy to process the traumatic experiences.
The lawsuit lists physical abuse, emotional abuse, trauma, injuries and psychological damage as consequences of the alleged act. It demands compensation in an united amount. So far, neither Combs nor his lawyers have publicly commented on the indictment. The lawsuit was submitted to the district court of Manhattan, and a first hearing date is still pending.
