Sanna Lindström GmbH has completed another round of financing and found a new backer.
Justin Warshaw, CEO of the US Justin Alexander Group, has joined the group of investors, Sanna Lindström announced on Thursday. With his investment, he will become a partner in the Mönchengladbach-based company alongside Sanna Lindström and Simon Gincberg.
Robert Siebel, managing director of the online retailer The British Shop, invested last autumn; Armin Fichtel, former CEO of the clothing provider S.Oliver Group, and Matthias Köppe, co-founder of the brands Erlich Textil and Kerbholz.
“We are pleased to have recruited Justin Warshaw, the CEO of one of the leading players in the bridal fashion industry,” said Gincberg, co-founder and CEO of Sanna Lindström GmbH. “Justin has incredible expertise and a deep understanding of the industry.”
With Warshaw’s help, business processes in the areas of production, sales and service will now also be optimized, according to the statement. He brings experience as CEO of the Justin Alexander Group.
He turned the family business founded in New York in 1946 into a global wedding dress company. This gave rise to the bridal fashion design and production group founded in 2011, which includes the Justin Alexander Signature and Savannah Miller labels as well as the bridalwear label from the Dutch fashion house Viktor&Rolf Mariage.
“The strategic partnership with the Justin Alexander Group allows us to leverage their expertise in procurement, production and service,” continued Gincberg. “We can’t wait to present our new collection to the industry at European Bridal Week in April 2024.”
