According to reviewers, Terrific 2 “the kind of horror movie that just doesn’t exist anymore.” The movie is a sequel to terrier from 2016 and is about a sadistic killer known as ‘Art the Clown’. But those watching the comments on social media might shy away from watching the film: “While we were watching, my boyfriend vomited and passed out,” one person tweeted. The viewer added that five people left the room and that an ambulance was called to take care of his friend.
,,Damn, Terrific 2 was great! Definitely not for the faint of heart! Someone even passed out during the screening of this film,” another wrote. Or also: “Seriously, this movie is more violent and perverted than anything else” and “The man behind me passed out and fell on my seat. Another man left because he felt sick. And when I left the cinema I heard someone vomiting in the toilet.”
Steve Barton, one of the producers of ‘Terrifier2’, has even issued a warning via Twitter: ,,This film contains scenes with graphic violence and brutal depictions of horror. Viewers who are weak-hearted, prone to dizziness, or have a sensitive stomach are advised to exercise extreme caution. There have already been numerous cases of fainting and vomiting in the cinema. For those who choose to watch, you have been warned.”
Whether and when Terrifier 2 will appear in Dutch cinemas is unknown for the time being.
