The new football talk show that will be shown on SBS6 is called Veronica Offside. Shownieuws announced this, which also shared the promotional video of Wilfred Genee’s new program.
The show can be seen from Monday 15 August every Monday and Friday evening from 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm. The program is semi-live (recorded earlier in the day) because Genee subsequently Veronica Inside presents. It was previously announced that Andy van der Meijde, Wesley Sneijder and Wim Kieft are regular table guests.
“The program feels like a cozy football canteen, with amateur clubs in uniform in the audience and a beer on the table. The atmosphere is light and there is room for a joke – just like in the football changing room”, Shownieuws reports. “But when it comes to football, the tone is of course dead serious.”
