dr Dahlia Malkhi is hired as Research Director
On March 29, the Company issued a press release via PRNewswire announcing that Dr. Dahlia Malkhi will join the team as Chief Research Officer. Previously, Malkhi was the Chief Technology Officer of the Diem Association. Prior to that, she co-founded VMware Research, where she was also a senior researcher, and spent over a decade at Microsoft Research. Malkhi has also served as a professor of computer science at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has authored more than 100 papers covering broad aspects of the reliability and security of distributed systems.
As Chainlink Labs works to build the secure infrastructure needed to increase Web3 adoption, the company is breaking new ground in cryptography and mathematics, said Sergey Nazarov, CEO of Chainlink Labs. Mike Derezin takes over as COO
Auer Dr. Malkhi has also added Mike Derezin to the Chainlink Labs team. He recently took up the post of Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, Derezin spent more than a decade at the world’s largest professional network, LinkedIn, where he helped lead and scale two businesses (Learning Solutions and Sales Solutions). Both divisions became leaders in their respective markets. Derezin also brings more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector. This includes co-founding two startups, one of which was acquired by Thomson Reuters. “Derezin will provide the operational excellence that will enable Chainlink Labs’ continued growth and success,” the press release reads.
