In the lengthy criminal proceedings between Bushido and the clan boss Arafat Abou-Chaker, new explosive findings have emerged. A previously unknown recording of the conversation is said to have been leaked to the “Stern”.. It is said that the audio recording would refute Bushido’s main charges against Arafat Abou-Chaker.
The once friendly business partners have now become archenemies. The rapper accuses the clan leader in court of having been brutally blackmailed, deprived of his liberty and physically injured on January 18, 2018. Arafat is said to have locked, insulted and threatened Bushido with two of his brothers for more than four hours. The reason for this is said to have been Bushido’s desired exit from the jointly concluded management contract.
An audio file makes Bushido’s statements doubtful
Now, however, an audio file could shake the entire process and cause Bushido’s statement framework to collapse. According to information, a renowned audio forensic expert is said to have evaluated a recording of a conversation that provided no evidence for Bushido’s charges. On the contrary: the meeting with Arafat Abou-Chaker is said to have lasted only about two hours and no threats or acts of violence were heard.
Bushido and Arafat Abou-Chaker did not want to give any information about the new burden of proof. The process will be continued on February 9th.
