New England Patriots: Reporter With Shocking Statement About JuJu Smith-Schuster

In the offseason, the New England Patriots secured the services of wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster. However, not everyone is convinced of this transfer. NFL reporter Albert Breer shocked fans with a statement about the health of the passport recipient and received a prompt response from him.

The reporter from “Sports Illustrated” came up with a very clear assessment: “It’s a story that should not be underestimated: JuJu’s knee is a wreck and could explode at any time,” said Breer.

The NFL insider is certain that New England will have to react to this fact: “You actually have to keep another receiver just for that reason,” explains the reporter.

NFL: JuJu vehemently denies the reports!

How big the problems in the 26-year-old’s knee really are can only be speculated about. One thing is clear: the Patriots brought Smith-Schuster to New England just a few months ago and gave him a three-year contract that could see the wide receiver earn up to $33 million.

The Patriots decided against Jakobi Myers, who has caught the balls for the Patriots since 2019 and has now signed a similar contract in Las Vegas as Smith-Schuster in Foxborough.

Meanwhile, JuJu Smith-Schuster himself commented on the reports and vehemently denied them: “I don’t think my knee is a ticking time bomb,” said the 26-year-old. “If anything, it’s something that gets stronger every day,” said the passport recipient, confident of his fitness.

Entering the league as a second-round pick in 2017, Smith-Schuster is now in his seventh NFL year. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for five years, and last year he even won the Super Bowl with the Kansas City Chiefs.
