New “Earth Day Compilation” with Brian Eno, Michael Stipe and Coldplay

The Annual “Earth Day Compilation” by Brian Eno’s Charity “EarthPercent‘ has been published. Part of the proceeds will benefit the fight against the climate crisis.

Featuring former REM singer Michael Stipe, Brian Eno himself, CHVRCHES in collaboration with The Cure head Robert Smith, Coldplay and HER, Dry Cleaning and Nile Rodgers and CHIC with a live version of “I Want Your Love”. . “We raise money from the music industry to fund the most credible and impactful climate action and environmental projects that make a difference,” it says the side of the organization that was launched in 2021. The goal is to raise $100 million for a good cause by 2030. Bands, musicians and other players in the music industry are encouraged to donate one percent of the income from their music.
