New drone footage from the Ukrainian town of Butsha shows how Russian army vehicles seem to open fire on a cyclist. That reports the British news channel Sky News. The images – which predate the withdrawal of Russian troops from Butya – disprove Russian claims that the corpses in the streets there were laid by the Ukrainians themselves.
