A new documentary about Paul McCartney has been announced, which will explore his life and work after the Beatles disbanded. Man On The Run will focus on the 1970s and the rise of the Wings. The film will document this “brilliant and productive period”.
Morgan Neville is directing. The filmmaker has access to McCartney’s archive, which includes “never-before-seen” home videos of him and his late wife Linda, photos and interviews, NME reports.
Neville said of the documentary, “As a lifelong lover of all things McCartney, I’ve always felt that the 1970s is the greatest part of his story to explore.” to explore and re-evaluate a great artist.”
