The Kooples has found a new CEO in Anne-Laure Couplet.
Couplet has been appointed to her new position by Maus Frères International, the brand’s parent company, reports trade magazine WWD, which has received a statement from the Swiss group. She succeeds Marie Schott, who left the group, which also owns brands such as Lacoste and Gant.
The new head of The Kooples comes from Paule Ka, according to her profile on the LinkedIn careers network. She was CEO of the French brand. Before that, she worked for the French fashion companies Burton of London, Maisons du Monde and Tati, among others.
