New boss for e-commerce comes from Tom Tailor

Hendrik Reuter has been appointed as the new director for e-commerce at Olymp Bezner KG.

Reuter has been in this position since May 1st, Olymp announced on Wednesday. He succeeds Christian Wurster, who worked in this role for almost seven years and left the clothing supplier from Bietigheim-Bissingen in Baden-Württemberg “for private reasons” at the end of April.

“As director of e-commerce, Christian Wurster has constantly developed the increasingly important e-commerce at Olymp,” said Mark Bezner, managing partner at Olymp. This applies to business-to-business as well as business-to-consumer. We owe him a lot and regret that he has now left us after almost seven years.”

New head of e-commerce comes from Tom Tailor

Reuter was previously active at Tom Tailor. There he worked as director of e-commerce and consumer engagement. He worked for the Hamburg clothing retailer for a total of five years, first as Head of Group Strategy and then in his previous role. Before that, he worked for ten years at the Munich management consultancy Roland Berger in various positions and worked in the areas of consumer goods, retail and fashion.

“In Hendrik Reuter, we have found a competent successor to fill this important position with dignity and to seamlessly continue the previous successes,” says Bezner.
