New app orientation: Pull&Bear relies on video commerce

Pull&Bear expands its app with customized video content.

With ‘PBShuffle’, the brand, which belongs to the Spanish clothing group Inditex, integrates a digital function into its app that better conveys content through moving images. The idea of ​​video commerce is intended to offer a new kind of shopping experience, Pull&Bear announced on Monday.

Areas of the app such as the start menu or the product overview are now supported by videos. Outfits are shown in motion or insights behind the scenes of studio productions as well as into ‘hauls’ – the spoils of a shopping trip – are given by the brand. In addition, it is possible to browse through video cards, save content or purchase directly in the app.

The new Pull&Bear app feature is available in 16 countries including Germany, Spain, Portugal, France, Great Britain, Italy, Turkey and Mexico.
