New album “Das Eine Leben” on May 20th

Marius-Müller Westernhagen will release his new album “Das Eine Leben” on May 20th. The pre-single “Zeitgeist” will be released next week, on March 25th. It is Westernhagen’s first studio album with new compositions since 2014.

According to information from his record company, the work will deal with “his very own experiences over the past two years”, but also “socially critical topics” under the impression of the corona pandemic. One Life was produced in New Jersey with Larry Campbell. Photos and the clip for “Zeitgeist” are by Olaf Heine.

Most recently, MMW caused a stir on the web when he posted a photo of himself getting vaccinated, caption, based on his old hit: “Freiheit”. He received overwhelming encouragement for this, only a few users could not understand the fact that vaccination means freedom in social life.
