Olympic champion Hannah Neise finished third at the Skeleton World Cup on her home track in Winterberg.
After two runs, the 22-year-old from Schmallenberg in Sauerland was 0.16 seconds behind the victorious Kimberley Bos from the Netherlands.
Second was Canadian Mirela Rahneva. World champion Tina Hermann finished fourth. The Junior World Championships runner-up Susanne Kreher came in sixth.
