Neighbor hit by gas explosion in Ostend: “Went to the police a month ago for odor nuisance from fuel oil and gas. I had a suspicion that something was going to happen”
“A month ago I called the police and asked them to come and have a look. They did but nothing was done. I kept calling City Hall and the contractor to ask to do something about the noise , to the oil nuisance and to the gas nuisance. Because I had to sleep with earplugs in because it was so loud. I had a suspicion that something was going to happen. I think it’s a shame,” it sounds.
