Queens of the Stone Age: “Negative Space” – Watch the new song’s live debut here

Queens of the Stone Age (QOTSA for short) played their second concert of the year this weekend (May 28) at the American festival Boston Calling. They also presented their new song “Negative Space” there. In addition, the group “Misfit Love” performed live – for the first time since 2018.

In Germany you can see QOTSA live on two dates this summer: at the Southside Festival on June 16th in Neuhausen and on June 18th at the Hurricane Festival in Scheesel.

Negative Space is taken from QOTSA’s forthcoming album In Times New Roman…, due out on June 16th. After feeling lost for a while, the band returned to the studio with renewed motivation to get back to their loud and raw rock, according to the release for the new record. The work will also feature Josh Homme’s most scathing lyrics to date. The lead single “Emotion Sickness” was released in April.

Setlist at the Boston Calling Festival:

  • “Little Sisters”
  • “I Sat by the Ocean”
  • “The Lost Art of Keeping a Secret”
  • “Sick, Sick, Sick”
