Nearly 3 million euros in compensation paid after extreme drought in 2020

The drought in 2020 has been officially recognized as a disaster and so farmers with crop damage can count on compensation. In all, 1,200 files have been submitted, but not everything has yet been processed. Dochy hopes for a quick settlement because for many agricultural companies these are again difficult times.
