indebuurt Zoetermeer has been active in our city for four years now. Time for new plans! And because there are so many similarities with the American city of Salt Lake City, we will start with a new nearby city from next Friday.

Sweet Lake City and Salt Lake City have a lot of similarities. Around Salt Lake City is a beautiful nature reserve. Zoetermeer is also bursting with green parks, recreational areas and forests. Our city is known for the Nelson Mandela Bridge. In America they have the Eagle Gate: a historical monument, also in arch form.
Temple and beer
The Mormons are active in both cities. In Zoetermeer they have built a beautiful temple on the Osylaan. Salt Lake City is home to the Salt Lake Temple, the largest temple in the community. Not to mention that Salt Lake City is full of breweries. In Zoetermeer we now also have a lot of beer brands that are brewed and sold in our own city.
