20-year-old Berliner Franz Wagner is one of 12 NBA rookies selected for the Rising Stars mini-tournament, the league announced. There are also twelve players who are in their second year in the NBA and four players from the G-League. In addition to Wagner, there are two other basketball players from the Orlando Magic, Jalen Suggs and Cole Anthony. “It’s an honor for us players and also for our organization,” said Wagner.
