Nba Draft, Procida and Spanish: when they will be chosen

Not only Paolo Banchero. 2022 will be the bluest Draft ever thanks to Gabriele Procida and Matteo Spagnolo. While they aren’t in the spotlight like the Seattle-born 19-year-old who chose Italy, the two youngsters who played in Serie A last season are chasing a second-round call. The most optimistic forecasts give him even capable of slipping in at the end of the first lap, where they choose the teams that did best in 2021-22. If he really enters the first lap, he would have a guaranteed contract of at least two years with the NBA team that will choose him. She is one of the youngest point guards in the Draft (born in January 2003), has shown the great basketball IQ gained in the Real Madrid youth teams and, thanks to her age, has enormous room for growth. So much so that he pondered for a long time whether it was better to wait a little longer instead of declaring himself immediately. In the end, Spanish has chosen the path of Draft: he will remain in Europe for at least another couple of years, for a matter of experience and physique, but in the meantime he wants to lay the foundations for his future in the NBA.
