NBA boss Adam Silver will miss game five in the NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and the Boston Celtics, which is scheduled for early Tuesday morning (3:00 a.m. CEST). The reason for this are the Corona rules of the best basketball league in the world.
According to the AP news agency, the league did not provide any information as to whether Silver himself tested positive for Corona or is considered the contact person of a person who tested positive.
It is also questionable how long Silver will not be able to attend an NBA game – and whether someone other than the league boss may have to present the trophy for the championship. The decision in the NBA Finals falls early Friday morning or early Monday morning.
Before game five it is 2:2, a team needs four wins for the title.
