This is crucial for the farmers’ legal certainty and the rapid payment of their income support. Natuurpunt and Bond Beter Leefmilieu (BBL) also feel compelled to keep legal options open if the Flemish government does not respect nature and environmental legislation,” both organizations say in a statement on Saturday.
