This is what eight nature and environmental organizations in the Northern Netherlands say in their report The power of the North that they will present on Tuesday to the three commissioners of the king, Jetta Klijnsma (Drenthe), René Paas (Groningen) and Arno Brok (Fryslân). According to the organizations, it is an addition to the plan Building blocks for a Delta Plan for the North of the three provincial governments.
