National tennis player Altuğ Çelikbilek won the championship for the second time in a row at the Porto Open, the ATP Challenger tournament.
According to the statement made by the Turkish Tennis Federation, Altuğ faced Australian tennis player Christopher O’Connell in the final of the tournament.
After winning the first set with a score of 7-6, the national athlete was ahead 3-1 in the second set and with the withdrawal of his opponent, he completed the tournament as champion this year.
With this win, Altuğ became the eighth champion of his professional career and his third at the ATP Challenger level.
