FC Bayern has to let its next star go. After Lina Magull, Maximiliane Rall is also leaving the Munich team.
National player Maximiliane Rall is moving from FC Bayern Munich to the Chicago Red Stars in the North American professional league NWSL. As the German champions announced on Monday, the 30-year-old defender is leaving Bayern at her own request. In Chicago, Rall receives a contract until the end of this year, with a mutual option for 2025.
The nine-time national player Rall moved from TSG Hoffenheim to FC Bayern in the summer of 2021, for whom she played 60 games. In the USA, Rall will meet, among others, ex-Wolfsburg player Felicitas Rauch, who moved to North Carolina Courage a few days ago.
