Naples market: Ndombele as Anguissa

Different characteristics, but similar situations and these are those shots that the sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli is used to placing at the end of the market. Anguissa ended up in Spain to find himself, Ndombele returned for six months to Lyon where he exploded a few years ago. At Tottenham he is on the sidelines (despite the current coach Antonio Conte wanting him three years ago at Inter) also because of that overvaluation – it cost about 70 million euros in the card – and an equally “heavy” salary (8 million net) . All this means that the expectations are high and the performance not up to par. Giuntoli wants to try and, given that Ndombele is on the margins of the Spurs, attempting a loan operation (even dry) with interventions by the London club also in support of the engagement, it could also be convenient for Tottenham who would find himself perhaps with a revalued capital between a year. For Napoli it is also a clear signal for Fabian Ruiz and his agents: either they accept the renewal or the transfer to PSG. Otherwise the Spaniard would risk remaining on the sidelines.
