The National Court of Appeal accepted the complaint presented by Napoli regarding the provision adopted by the sports judge for the events of last 22 May on the occasion of the match against Spezia. That day there were clashes between the two supporters before and during the game: flares and seats, before the invasion of the sector by the supporters of the visiting team. A situation that had forced the referee to interrupt the match for about twelve minutes and caused the injury of three stewards. Two days later four Ligurian fans and one of Napoli were arrested by the Digos of the La Spezia Police Headquarters in flagrantee deferred.
