Country star Naomi Judd has died at the age of 76 years. The singer died on Saturday, April 30th. Naomi Judd is remembered for the duo The Judds, which she founded with her daughter Wynonna Judd, 57.

Judd died just days before the Judds duo was due to celebrate their entry into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Naomi’s daughter, actress Ashley Judd published an article on Instagram telling him of his mother’s departure.

Naomi and Wynonna Judd formed The Judds duo in 1983. The duo’s last appearance was just a few weeks before Naomi Judd died.

The Judds was awarded a five-time Grammy Award. In 1991, The Judds quit because Naomi had been diagnosed with hepatitis C. Wynonna continued her solo career. Later, The Judds resumed their skies.

Naomi openly told the public about her mental health challenges. Among other things, he struggled with severe depression.

The Judds was scheduled to go on a big tour for a long time this year.
